You can simply volunteer to qualify to shop early in the 1st Presale (pick of the bargains!). You get to shop first - before the consignors and public! Plus, it's fun!

Guidelines and Perks

  • We value our volunteers time & help.
  • You do not have to be a consignor.
  • We provide refreshments to keep energy & spirits up!
  • We provide a uniform to identify you to consignors & shoppers as an official worker.

Volunteer Tasks & Rewards

Volunteers are needed to to help with a variety of tasks. Depending on which day you are available you may be asked to help out with any of the following: Assisting consignors at drop off, organizing items on sales floor, removing tags from items, assisting customers, sorting items for pick up or folding tables. 1st PreSale at 6:00pm

  • Sign up your husband for Saturday break down (2 hours).
  • Work a total of 2.5 hours on Friday or Saturday.
  • Arrange advertising or editorial promotion of the sale in family-oriented magazines, newspapers and publications. We will require proof of publishing to grant pre-sale pass.

We need your help and energy to make this a successful shopping experience & bargain hunt for everybody!
